Wake up with a smile every morning, go to sleep counting gratitude.
“Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning?”. Luckily there is no wrong side of the bed. There is negative thinking, lack of appreciation, and lack of self care.
What would your life be like if you woke up everyday with a smile? Meaning, what if as soon as you wake up you smiled and enjoyed one moment of bliss and happiness, before the memories of all your problems starts flowing in?
What if each day you avoided unhealthy habits such as drinking to much caffeine, alcohol, or eating late? What if you went to bed on-time and expressed gratitude for at least 5 things that life has given you that day before you fell asleep? Do you think you would still wake up in a negative mood as often as you do now? Or, do you think you would start each day much happier?
